Our Story
Origins
Moneda was born out of a desire to rewrite the narrative in retail trading — from deception and hype to honesty and mastery.
Our founder’s journey began not in the markets, but in the real-life challenges of growing up without financial security. That hunger to change circumstances stemmed from making virtual money in video games, then transitioned into the real-world opportunity of financial markets. But like many newcomers, the early path was plagued with misinformation, fake gurus, and
false promises. It was a brutal awakening - and a moment of clarity. After an ultimately disappointed revelation to see an industry with such great potential, lacking so badly in quality, we saw a significant gap in a major global marketplace.
Rather than walk away, our founder chose to go deeper. To learn the true craft of trading, become the best at it, and build what others were tarnishing.
After years of trading the live markets and managing personal and proprietary capital, he joined forces with a team of veteran traders to begin the Moneda journey in late 2022 with a shared commitment to transparency and innovation. The mission: provide transparent, data-driven trading solutions designed to support informed, responsible decision-making for everyday
individuals - combining technology, insight, and user-centric design.
